Wide Area Rapid Notification, a service provided by W.A.R.N., LLC, (hereinafter "W.A.R.N.") believes you care how information about you is used and shared, and that you trust we will do so carefully and sensibly. By either visiting or subscribing to "W.A.R.N." data services or professional services or software or applications, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Information from you helps us continually improve your use of "W.A.R.N.".

and value, we receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from "W.A.R.N." if
your computer supports such capabilities. In this way we seek to confirm
that all emailed alerts, notices or alarms are received as intended. If you
are a paid subscriber, we respect your privacy and will only initiate calls
to your provided telephone numbers in the event of an alarm in the region,
zip or area code provided with each of the respective telephone numbers.
Your telephone number is never sold or provided for marketing purpose
- Information on other issues or services: To provide better products or
services that you may wish to consider, we may relay information (separately
from our official communication) to you. You may at any time request that we
discontinue any non-essential or secondary information, not related to the
delivery of the core alert and alarm services.
